Gabrielle Gould is policy adviser and counsel to Congressman William Keating, a member of the Foreign Affairs and Homeland Security Committees and the ranking member of the Subcommittee on Terrorism, Nonproliferation and Trade. In this capacity, Gould covers legislative and policy work primarily focusing on foreign affairs and judiciary issues, including those related to national security, international development, immigration and civil rights. Gabrielle earned her J.D. at Georgetown University Law Center and bachelor’s degree in social studies from Harvard University.
