Merkel Act IV: Germany and Europe After the September Elections

On October 12th, the Bertelsmann Foundation hosted a forum on the potential impact of the Bundestagswahl for Germany and Europe at New York’s Columbia University in collaboration with the European Institute, Harriman Institute, Deutsches Haus and the School of International and Public Affairs.
