Pandemic Politics in Germany

Since the COVID-19 outbreak, Germany’s political scene has transformed significantly. While the CDU has jumped in the polls, support for the SPD has only increased slightly. Opposition parties have faced setbacks, mainly the formerly trending Greens, laissez-faire FDP, and far-right AfD.
